  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1ยฝ tablespoons Korean chili pepper flakes
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1ยฝ tablespoons agave nectar, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ยฝ tablespoons toasted sesame seeds


  1. In a large bowl, add your chopped cilantro, Korean chili pepper flakes, vinegar, soy sauce, agave nectar, and sesame oil.
  2. Toss everything together to combine and top with toasted sesame seeds.
  3. Enjoy alone or with grilled meats or choice!
