Kani Egg Toast

This kani egg toast recipe is made with imitation crab and jammy egg yolk, on top of garlicky toast. It’s easy and simple, making it the perfect quick breakfast or snack.

What you’ll need to make Kani Egg Toast:

  • Slice of bread
  • Crab sticks/imitation crab
  • Garlic
  • Honey
  • Mayo
  • Shredded cheese

How to make this easy Kani Egg Toast:

In a small bowl, combine the shredded crab sticks and mayo. Mix to combine well.

In another small bowl, add honey, mayo, and minced garlic. Stir to mix well. Spread this mixture on a slice of bread.

Place the shredded crabsticks on the bread in a circle form, creating a well for the egg yolk.

Carefully, place the egg yolk in the center of the well. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the Kani and egg.

Toast the Kani egg toast in the oven or an air fryer at 350ºF for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the edges of the toast are golden and crispy.
