This lazy “lasagna” is made with frozen potstickers, store-bought sauce, and mozzarella. It’s easy and comforting, without the fuss of so many ingredients. This is not a traditional lasagna, but it hits the spot when in a pinch!
What is Mandu?
Mandu, or mandoo are Korean dumplings with a variety of different fillings depending on the region it originates from across Korea. They can be steamed, pan-fried, deep-fried, or even boiled for soups.
What you’ll need:
- Frozen potstickers: My favorite brand of frozen beef potstickers is Bibigo. I usually get them at my local Asian grocery store or Costco!
- Store-bought marinara sauce: I love using Rao’s, it’s the best store-bought brand I’ve used before! You can usually find this at Target, Costco, or most grocery stores.
- Mozzarella: I bought pre-shredded mozzarella for this, just to make it easier!
