A cup of hot coffee is usually my go-to on chilly mornings, but this pumpkin spice dalgona is just too good. I just added 1/2 teaspoon of my homemade pumpkin spice mix when mixing the dalgona and its GOLD!

What goes in Pumpkin Spice Mix?
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
What goes in Dalgona coffee?
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water

What is dalgona?
The OG dalgona is actually a Korean street snack, also known as honeycomb toffee. This sweet treat has been transformed into a whipped coffee with equal parts instant coffee, hot water, and white sugar. You can alternatively use honey or another sweetener but I have found that white sugar seems to whip up the best.

Ingredients
Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground all spice
Pumpkin Spice Dalgona Coffee
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice mix
Instructions
Pumpkin Spice Mix
- Mix all spices in a bowl until combined.
- Transfer to a storage container, set aside.
Pumpkin Spice Dalgona Coffee
- In a deep bowl, add instant coffee, sugar, hot water and pumpkin spice mix. If mixing by hand, use a whisk and whip until you form firm peaks, approx. 2-3 minutes.
- Add dalgona whipped coffee to a glass of milk of your choice and enjoy!
