This tiramisu french toast is made with buttery bread, soaked in coffee, stuffed with condensed milk, topped with creamy whipped cream, and dusted with cocoa. You’ll feel like you are in a fancy cafè with this french toast— it won’t disappoint!
What you’ll need to make this Tiramisu French Toast:
- Bread: buttery bread such as brioche is recommended.
- Condensed milk: this is spread between two slices of bread
- Egg
- Coffee
- Heavy whipping cream
- Cocoa powder
- Sugar
- Butter

How to make Tiramisu French Toast at home:
To make whipped cream:
In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and sugar. Using an electric mixer, whisk the heavy cream on medium speed until it becomes a custard-like consistency.
To make Tiramisu French Toast:
Take one slice of bread and spread 1-2 tablespoons of condensed milk onto the slice of bread and place the second piece of bread on top. Set this aside for the next step.
In a large bowl, combine the egg, coffee, and a splash of whipping cream, and whisk together to mix well.
Dip the two slices of bread in the egg mixture, making sure to coat all sides evenly.
In a pan, melt your butter on medium heat. Place the dipped bread in the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until both sides are golden.
Once the french toast is done, remove it from the pan. Use a spoon to press down the middle of the toast and create a well.
Pour the freshly whipped cream into the well of the french toast and dust it all over with cocoa powder.
